Enrolment

Please contact the GBOOSH office via email: [email protected]
to obtain information about enrolment. 
  1. All enrolment is completed using our electronic Enrolment and Booking Request Form. Copies can be obtained via email [email protected]
  2. Please ensure you have ready:
    • Parent & child CRN details
    • Child Immunisation Statement
    • Child Medical Action Plans (less than 12 months old)
  3. All enrolled families are eligible to apply for Casual Care including Vacation Care each holiday break, the program is released via email notification on this website.
  4. GBOOSH is approved for Child Care Subsidy (CCS) please ensure your family details are up to date with Centrelink/Services Australia and after enrolment you must approve GBOOSH as a care provider for your child in MyGov.

Payment of Fees

Fees are payable 2 weeks in advance at all times, statements/invoices are emailed to families each week or you may login to the parent portal for more details.

GBOOSH offers families 2 methods of payment:

  1. Sign up for Direct Debit with iPay from your nominated Bank Account or Credit Card. Please read the DDR Service Agreement for Terms & Conditions, including fees related to this method of payment. Please contact the GBOOSH Office or register via the parent portal.
  2. Manual direct deposit in the GBOOSH bank account, these details are included on your weekly statement.

 If you are experiencing financial difficulties, you must contact the Centre Director ASAP to negotiate a payment plan.
