ENROLLING WITH GBOOSH FOR 2026

As we prepare to take a well-earned break, GBOOSH will be not be taking any further 2026 enrolments requests for now.

Please note: as many days/sessions are at capacity, GBOOSH will be waitlisting families while we recruit & train new team members for 2026. GBOOSH will contact families to request completion of an enrolment
request when places are available.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE ENROLMENT PROCESS

All families must complete all details IN FULL for their enrolment to be considered COMPLETE and a place to be offered. This includes provision of an immunisation statement, CRN details and submission of all documents to support a diagnosed condition, allergy or other medical diagnosis.

While GBOOSH accepts enrolments from students outside of Gymea Bay Public School (GBPS) for Vacation Care, GBPS students must be given first priority to bookings. External students can be offered remaining places after the initial closing date.

1. All enrolment is completed using our electronic Enrolment and Booking Request Form. Copies can be obtained via email [email protected]
2. Please ensure you have ready:
   
   • Parent & child CRN details
   • Child Immunisation Statement
   • Child Medical Action Plans (less than 12 months old)
   • Any information relating to diagnosed conditions which may require additional support or consideration in the care environment
3. Enrolment Request forms MUST be completed in full – including parent signature. If the electronic/autosign does not work, please come into the centre to sign a hard copy.
4. Poor quality photos of forms or plans can not be accepted as the final copy. Please drop a hard copy into the centre if the email version is unclear, GBOOSH will advise if this is needed. 
5. All enrolled families are eligible to apply for Casual Care including Vacation Care each holiday break, the program is released via email notification on this website.
6. GBOOSH is approved for Child Care Subsidy (CCS) please ensure your family details are up to date with Centrelink/Services Australia and after enrolment you must approve GBOOSH as a care provider for your child in MyGov.
7. Families will be emailed an Offer once the enrolment process has been completed in FULL.
8. Submission of an Enrolment Request Form is not a guarantee of placement. Formal confirmation/offers to families will be emailed throughout October and November. Please contact GBOOSH if you have not received a confirmation by 1 December 2025.
9. In order to ensure a safe environment, the service has discretion to set trial period of care should additional observation or information be required to ensure all care needs of an individual child and family can be met.
