Prior to each Vacation Care period a program will usually be released in Week 7 of the term on the GBOOSH website. All families currently registered with GBOOSH will receive an email alert.
To make a booking, families must have completed the Enrolment Process in FULL. Followed by a Booking Form for the relevant holiday break.

Vacation Care Booking Form
The April 2025 Vacation Care Bookings are NOW CLOSED with many days now full or close to full.
If you wish to enquire about enrolment of anything to do with the program, please email [email protected].
Please ensure you read all the details outlined on the Booking form for Vacation Care (including exact dates for payment and round 1 bookings):
- Your child must be enrolled with GBOOSH prior to the end of Term to be eligble for care in the upcoming holiday break.
- Changes are not permitted without charge after first round closing date, unless medical certificate is provided.
- Please ensure that your child is aware of the theme for the day and brings the required equipment for the programmed activities.
- Vacation Care will be available to students of Gymea Bay Public School as first priority. Any remaining places will be offered to families from other schools after the Round 1 closing date.
- Forms are processed in the order they are received. There is no guarantee of a place until confirmation has been sent to parent and payment has been received by the service.
- Forms will not be accepted from families with outstanding accounts or enrolment details.
- Incomplete forms or copies which are of poor quality (eg photos) can not be accepted.
- Fees must be paid by the due date to secure your child’s booking as transport and venue numbers must be finalised.
